We believe the best adventures start with real ingredients and end with an unforgettable flavor. That’s why we brew in small batches using organic moringa, jasmine tea, black assam, and real fruit. Inspired by mountain trails, seaplanes, and quiet cabins, every can is crafted for crisp refreshment—whether you're exploring the backcountry or your own backyard.

OUR STORY
We started in our kitchen, on a mission to perfect the perfect kombucha—crafted not just for its probiotic benefits, but for its clean, crisp taste. At first, it was just for us and our friends. We’d share a few bottles when people came over, and before long, we realized we weren’t the only ones hooked.
What began as a home project grew into something bigger. We converted an old hay barn into a full-scale commercial brewing space—fully outfitted, licensed, and certified, while keeping that small-batch attention to detail we started with.
Along the way, a good friend who’s always outdoors—hiking, paddling, exploring—suggested we add something simple: black and green tea, sweetened just right, with a splash of lemon. Lighter, refreshing, and ready for the trail. That’s how Explorer’s Elixir took shape.
Today, we brew every batch in the Pacific Northwest using triple-filtered water from mountain snowmelt. Every flavor is crafted to reflect the region we call home—clean, natural, and made to go from kitchen table to backcountry trail.
We don’t ship it out the door until it’s perfect. We think that’s the way a company should be run.
